Gender Pay Gap Report
The gender pay gap is the difference in hourly pay between the total population of the men in the workforce and the total population of the women in the workforce. In our annual report on the gender pay gap at Warwick, we provide information on gender of our workforce and analyse the reasons behind the figures. We set out our commitment to improve the gender pay gap, make sure any progress is sustained, and champion our vision of diversity.

The University publishes annual reports of equality data. The Equality Monitoring Annual Report (formerly, Workforce Profile) is reviewed by the Social Inclusion Committee and provides data on staff and students:
