Equality Monitoring: Why Share Your Personal Information?

All staff are encouraged to regularly review their personal information on SuccessFactors and ensure it is up-to-date. When we talk about 'personal information' we mean your personal and protected characteristics (as defined by the Equality Act), such as disability, gender, race, religion, and sexual orientation.

We know that people don't always understand the relevance of this information to us as an employer, or aren't sure of the safety of providing an answer. We hope this page will answer some common questions about what we want to know and why.

Equality Monitoring Annual Report

The University publishes annual reports of equality data. The Equality Monitoring Annual Report (formerly, Workforce Profile) is reviewed by the Social Inclusion Committee and provides data on staff and students.

Closing the Pay Gaps: Gender, Ethnicity, Disability

In our annual report, we provide information on the gender pay gap at the University of Warwick for the snapshot date of 31 March 2020, in line with the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017). We have chosen also to consider pay gaps in relation to other protected characteristics and we will initially be focusing on ethnicity and disability. Accordingly in this report we will address these pay gaps alongside the gender pay gap.

Social Inclusion Dashboards
