Central Meeting Rooms
These pages cover the booking of meeting rooms in a number of locations across campus including Argent Court, Senate House (excluding the Senate House Council Chamber) and University House.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the room user to return the room to an appropriate standard before leaving, particularly ensuring that all confidential information has been removed.
The meetings of formal University Committees take priority over all other booking requests made for these rooms.
The booking system operates in Outlook. If you have any problems with the system, please raise a Service Now request with IDG.
If you would like to swap meeting rooms with someone, please contact them directly. The person who has booked the room is visible in the calendar.
You may be aware of the recent announcement of the upcoming closure of University HouseLink opens in a new window for essential maintenance work. This closure will impact all meeting rooms in the building, including CMR 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 which are often used for committee timetabled meetings.
Although other meeting rooms/spaces are available around campus, and there will be some meeting rooms available in Swallow House, we suggest that committee meetings scheduled in University House rooms during the closure period be moved online. If this isn't possible then you can book a meeting room elsewhere or a centrally timetabled teaching roomLink opens in a new window.
