Life at Warwick

Warwick moves at the fast pace of the world around it. That's why there's such an energy on campus.

You'll find the special atmosphere is the result of attracting staff and students who truly share our values and culture, and thrive among like-minded people.

At Warwick we constantly encourage staff to look at ways of improving things.

Our Ideas Space is an exciting new environment where our staff and postgraduate researchers can collaboratively post, review, and develop new ideas and initiatives, create opportunities and find solutions to business problems. The goal of the Ideas Space is to support and develop our culture of innovation and creativity.

We are also proud of our continuous improvement programme, which empowers staff to identify and implement service improvements and solutions directly. All staff are able to participate actively in it and play their part in the stewardship of the University.

Students arrive at Warwick for the first day of the rest of their lives - and we want our staff to feel similarly energised.

You join us with your own unique skills and knowledge, and you'll quickly find there's no limit to how those skills can develop at Warwick. We provide you with access to our acclaimed teaching and learning resources, and actively encourage you to further your knowledge.

Your advancement will help us achieve our ambitions but, most importantly, it will help you achieve yours.

You can get involved and take responsibility both within your role and beyond.

Dedicated learning and development resources enable you to progress personally, while our staff survey gives everyone the chance to contribute opinions and ideas about the University as a whole, ensuring that working at Warwick is as rewarding as you make it.
