NHS Discounted Licence

To invest in the continued development of the scale, from 1st December 2024 charges were introduced for NHS organisations including; NHS trusts, GP surgeries and other organisation directly funded by the NHS. We currently offer a discount of 50% from our commercial rates for NHS organisations. To be eligible for the discount you must apply for your licence using an email address with a suffix containing "NHS"

NHS Registrations will be regularly checked, organisations falsely claiming to be NHS organisations to take advantage of the discount will be asked to apply for a retrospective commercial licence at the full commercial rate. The discounted licence cannot be offset against the full commercial licence so you will effectively be paying 1.5 times the current commercial licence rate.

Please note that from 1st December 2024 if you are an NHS organisation and use the main commercial registration page, the discount will not be recognised. We are unable to reverse transactions to offer refunds so please make sure that you register using the appropriate form for your organisation.

Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick, unless you have ticked yes to the box above, at which point we will share your personal data with third parties for the purposes of product development of WEMWBS.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the EEA, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for up to 5 years and used for licence management and academic research.
