View and download quiz submissions

To view and download quiz submissions you must have either permission to view quiz submissions, or edit or admin permissions for the quiz page.

View & filter submissions

  1. Go to your quiz.

  2. Select the View recent submissions button at the top or bottom of the page:

  3. You see the Viewing submissions page:

    Each submission record displays the following columns:

    • The unique submission ID

    • The submission date and time

    • The number of correct answers

    • The total number of questions in the quiz

    • The overall score as a percentage

    • The user's answer, marked with an R if it was correct, or a W if it was incorrect.

  4. If your quiz received a large number of responses, use the Show drop-down list to change the maximum number of submissions to display, then select Filter.

  5. To filter submissions by date, use the From and To pickers to specify a date range. Select Filter to display only those submissions received between the selected dates.

  6. When you're finished viewing submissions, select Done.

Download submissions

  1. Browse to the quiz and select the View recent submissions button:

  2. You see the Viewing submissions screen:

  3. To download all submissions, select the Download all button, and select whether to download the data as a CSV, XML, or PDF file.

  4. To download only certain submissions, use the checkboxes in the left-hand column to select which submissions you want to download:

    Select Download selected, and choose which format you want to download data as.

  5. When you're finished downloading submissions, select Done.
