In this short course, you’ll learn through videos, online activities, a group session, and time for personal reflection. Together, we’ll explore:
How focusing on your strengths can help you reach your goals
How using your strengths can boost your confidence, wellbeing, and motivation
Why we tend to focus on the negative, how that holds us back, and what we can do about it
What drains your energy or causes stress, how your strengths can sometimes backfire, and practical ways to manage both

This course is designed as a four-part learning experience. To gain the full benefit, it’s essential that all four elements are completed.
What to Expect:
Once you've booked your place, please begin by watching the introductory video.
Three weeks before your session, you'll receive the second instalment via email.
You’ll be asked to complete your Strengthscope® profile and bring it with you to the session, this is a key part of the learning experience.
