Leadership and Management Development is piloting a new leadership development programme and we are pleased to be piloting it with IDG.
As we mentioned during the introductory webinar, we would like you to take part in a 4-hour workshop during January. The workshop is to build on the learning that you will have already undertaken via the Strengthscope questionnaire and your first individual coaching session. The aim of the workshop is to introduce a strengths-based model of leadership and to enable you to think about how your unique strengths can develop your individual leadership style.
