Development Opportunities

Below are some of the sessions that have been run before, and during, lockdown:

Effective Time Management (Two 90 minutes online sessions)

An introduction to time management aiming to improve your productivity, enhance your job satisfaction and decrease your stress levels and get a better work life balance.

Introduction to Emotional Intelligence (Two 90 minutes online sessions)

Aiming to give a better insight into individual emotions by considering working relationships and how to manage these more effectively using a variety of approaches.

Understanding and Coping with Change (Two 90 minutes online sessions)

Designed to develop the knowledge and skills of technicians, to increase understanding of change and help them better cope with change.

Being effective when having difficult conversations (Two 90 minutes online sessions)

Designed to develop the knowledge and skills of technicians to add and develop tools in their ‘toolbox’ when dealing with difficult circumstances.

Leading People (full day – face to face)

Aims to identify participant’s key issues and opportunities in leading staff including ideas around emotional intelligence and leadership styles.

Managing Difficult Situations (full day – face to face)

Aims to identify key issues around conflict, difficult situations and negotiation involving the introduction to some key models to improve skills
