About this Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Warwick's global Student Recruitment team and play a key role in attracting, engaging and converting talented students from across different markets to all levels of academic study at the University of Warwick. Working closely with colleagues in the UK and the wider global team, you will position yourself as a market expert; with responsibility for designing and delivering a range of recruitment and conversion activities; developing and maintaining relationships with agents and school counsellors in the region, and providing timely marketing insight to support the University's student recruitment strategy.
The role combines relationship management, hands-on event delivery, strategic planning, and market analysis. You will represent Warwick at school visits, exhibitions, agent events and conferences, while leading the planning and delivery of high-quality applicant engagement activities, and offer holder and pre-departure events. You will work with schools, counsellors, agents, sponsors, alumni, academics and current students to deliver an exceptional experience for prospective students and applicants.
About You
We're looking for a confident, and highly organised professional with significant experience in international student recruitment, stakeholder management and event delivery. You will have ability to work independently and effectively as part of a wider team. You will have strong English fluency, be comfortable writing reports, presenting to a range of audiences, and able to discuss strategy and analysis with English speakers.
