Creating or Amending Existing Positions
We're introducing a new process for creating a new position or amending an existing position in SuccessFactors. This will allow you to add a role to your department’s structure in preparation for a recruitment exercise, or to make changes to existing positions.
Refilling Existing Positions
A new way to request the refill of an existing position in SuccessFactors, allowing teams to quickly reopen a vacant post. The updated process will enable users to edit position details, check mandatory fields, and submit the request through an approval workflow.
Submitting a Job Advert Request
Adverts will be requested and managed within SuccessFactors. Once a post is created, users can trigger a Job Requisition in the system in order to advertise a vacancy. It will include how to upload the job description and advert text, as well as what to do if you are advertising more than one vacancy.
Tracking Approval Progress
Information will also be provided on how to track the progress of requests to create or amend a position, including how to check whether the request has been approved by Finance, the Head of Department, and the People Team etc.
