There will be updates to how candidate applications are managed in SuccessFactors, including how shortlisting decisions are recorded within the system.

Scheduling and Arranging Interviews

New functionality will allow interviews to be scheduled and arranged directly through SuccessFactors , helping managers begin the arrangements and preparation for interviews within the system.

Recording Interview Outcomes in SuccessFactors

Interview outcomes will now need to be recorded in SuccessFactors . All outcomes must be entered into the system in order to progress to the next stages of the recruitment process.
