We're excited to announce that our SuccessFactors enhancements - enabled by Project Ignite - will be launching on Monday 7 September 2026

These changes will see improvements to our people-related processes at Warwick, including the launch of new recruitment and onboarding functionality within SuccessFactors, streamlining of approval workflows and the removal of many electronic forms submitted through AskHR.

Ongoing Support

These changes mark the biggest shift in our approach to recruitment and employee lifecycle changes in many years, and we're committed to ensuring customers have the tools, information and guidance needed to navigate these enhancements effectively.

Our SuccessFactors Enhancements website includes details about a variety of upskilling sessions that we'll be delivering before launch, these will cover the following core activities:

• Initiating a Recruitment Campaign
• Receiving and Managing Applications
• Making an Offer of Employment
• Onboarding a new Candidate
• People Lifecycle Changes

You can expect to find further details on our website as we move towards launch, including project-specific updates, spotlight articles and answers to frequently asked questions.

We'll also be sharing details of the support model that will be in place during and after launch.
