Major Incidents on and off campus (including abroad) are escalated via the following process:

Incident > 24/7 On-duty Team Manager for Community Safety (via the 24-hour control room: 024 7652 2222) > On-call Duty Community Safety Manager > Head of Community Safety & Security or their nominated representative > On call MIT Action Manager > MIT Chair

Departments are now encouraged to complete an Infectious Diseases Risk Assessment

In order to assess and manage risks posed by Infectious Diseases. All notifiable infectious diseases are now being managed via the University's Managing Infectious Diseases Plan. This plan is considered and approved by the University Health and Safety Executive Committee (UHSEC) and is next due for review next in June 2025.

The University's Covid-19 Response Plan is no longer operational. It is available upon request via risk.management@warwick.ac.uk

It was approved by the Business Continuity and Recovery Programme Board on 8th September 2020 and was operational until 19 March 2022.
