It is the responsibility of the person booking the room to request any additional audio-visual services or equipment directly through Audio-Visual ServicesLink opens in a new window, including laptops and technician assistance. It is advisable to contact AV Services at least a week in advance of the equipment or services being required.

Please contact the AV Services team if you find any problems with the AV equipment in the meeting rooms.
