Your personal data may also be used for programme evaluation purposes. Your personal data including photos may also be used and retained indefinitely. 


Your personal data may be transferred outside of the UK, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained in accordance with the University’s Records Retention Schedule. The University of Warwick will only transfer data outside of the UK when it is necessary to transfer volunteer’s personal data to schools, teachers and relevant suppliers in order to facilitate the volunteering placements.
