Please be aware, it may take up to 10 working days from the day you upload your bank details for the DSA Contribution Loan to reach your bank account. You will receive instructions on how to upload your bank details in the email sent to you, once your application has been processed.

The University of Warwick will process the personal data provided on this form for the purpose of administering loans through Student Funding Support, including assessing eligibility, arranging payment of the loan, managing repayment arrangements, and contacting you regarding your loan application or repayment.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is that the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest and for the University’s legitimate interests in administering student support services and recovering monies owed to the University.

Your personal data may be shared internally with relevant University departments where necessary for the administration and recovery of the loan, including Student Funding Support, Finance, and Student Collections. Where repayment is not made in accordance with the agreed terms, the debt may be referred to external debt collection agents acting on behalf of the University.

Your personal data will not normally be transferred outside of the UK, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick, and will be retained in accordance with the University’s Records Retention Schedule.
