Banana Bread
4 ingredients from your cupboard, all in one bowl, and so easy to make! This is a great way to use up bananas to save on food waste.

      Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
 - 1 cup of peanut butter
 - 2 Eggs
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1 teaspoon butter
 - Optional: cinnamon, honey, chocolate chips
 
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
 - Add the bananas to a bowl and mash them with a whisk or fork.
 - In a separate microwave-proof bowl, add the peanut butter and the butter and microwave until it's melted.
 - Add the eggs and baking powder to the melted butter and whisk well. At this point, add any seasonings. I added cinnamon and honey. Also, add your mashed banana.
 - Stir all the ingredients well and add the chocolate chips if using. Using a spatula, gently mix everything well and pour into a well-greased baking tray or dish.
 - Top with some more chocolate or sliced banana and bake for 40-50 minutes.
 - Enjoy your delicious Banana Bread!
