This easy recipe will jazz up your noodles and makes a quick and tasty lunch!

Ingredients
Store Cupboard Ingredients
- Pot noodle
- Soy sauce
- Garlic powder
Other Ingredients
- Chicken mini fillets
- Egg
- Spring onion
Method
- Season the chicken mini fillets with a teaspoon of garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Cook in a pan with a tablespoon of oil until they are cooked through.

As your chicken is frying in the pan, start preparing your choice of pot noodles as per the packet instructions

Put boiling water into a pot and add your egg to the water. Cook for 8 minutes, remove the egg from the water and add it to a bowl of iced or very cold water – this will help you get a perfectly jammy egg yolk.

Once your chicken is cooked through, cut the chicken into pieces and remove your egg from the iced water and peel it. Now chop up some spring onions and everything is ready for serving.

Pour the contents of the noodle pot into a bowl, add your chopped chicken and your egg that’s been cut in half. Then sprinkle your spring onions on top and pour a little slash of soy sauce into your noodles as a final touch!
