 - 600g chicken
 - 3 peppers (red/yellow work best)
 - Soy sauce
 - Oyster sauce
 - Corn flour
 - Baking soda
 - Garlic paste
 - Ginger paste
 - Vegetable oil
 - Sugar
 - Chicken stock cube

Method
- Make a marinade with the following ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
 - 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
 - 1 teaspoon of corn flour
 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
 - 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
 - 1 teaspoon of ginger paste
 - 1 teaspoon of oil

 - Pour the marinade over the chicken and let it rest for 30 minutes.
 - Whilst the chicken is marinating, make the sauce by adding the following to a bowl and mix together well:

- 1 teaspoon of sugar
 - 1/2 chicken stock cube
 - 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
 - 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
 - 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
 - 1 teaspoon of ginger pate

 - Once the chicken is marinated, heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add the chicken in a single layer. Cook undisturbed on one side before stirring to cook through. Remove and set aside.
 - Add the bell peppers to the pan, deglazing with a splash of water, and sauté until softened.
 - In the meantime, boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water and set aside.
 - Once the peppers soften, return the chicken to the pan, add noodles, and pour in the sauce. Toss everything together over medium heat for a few more minutes until well coated.
 - Serve and enjoy your homemade Lo Mein!
