Ingredients
- 4 chicken legs
- 2 small corn on cobs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200c

Mix all the herbs and spices with the oil and lime juice in a large bowl to create a marinade.

Score the skin of the chicken with a sharp knife and place it in the bowl with the marinade, turning to coat each piece.

The chicken can be cooked now or marinated in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Place all the chicken legs in the roasting tray and roast for 30 minutes.

Add the corn on the cobs, turn them in the juices, and then return the tray to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
