  • 300g wheat starch or flour (or ready-made rice noodles)
  • 500ml water
  • 2 tablespoons sesame paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chilli oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • Cucumber
  • Coriander

  2. Prepare the Sauce: - In a bowl, mix the sesame paste, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chilli oil, garlic, and salt until smooth.
  3. Assemble: - Place noodles in a bowl and top with cucumber, coriander, peanuts, and bean sprouts. - Pour the sauce over and toss to combine. Serve cold
