How to pan-fry chicken
This is a basic skill to learn, and once your chicken is done, you can either store it for the week or use it for another recipe. Batch cooking chicken breast is a great way to have an easy filling for sandwiches or salads!

Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Vegetable/olive oil or spray oil
- Seasonings of your choice

Slice the chicken breasts on a clean chopping board or use kitchen scissors.
- Turn on the hob and add cooking oil to the pan
- Place the chicken into the pan once the oil is heated, but be careful of splattering from the oil.
- Add any seasonings to the chicken.
- Stir the chicken regularly. Cut into the largest piece of chicken; if the chicken is cooked, the flesh will be fully white.
- Add your chicken to your favourite dish or keep in the fridge for later.
