Evaluation for Events
All Together at Warwick events delivered, funded or supported by the Student Community Experience Team should use our Common Evaluation Framework to help us understand how effective our programme has been. You're also welcome to use this framework for any of your own events to. The more data we have, the more effective we can be in identifying trends and needs across the institution.

The Framework includes templates for defining your project, setting evaluation objectives, designing your methodology and reporting your key findings.
Use our Booking System
If you choose to make your event available through our booking system and use the built-in booking and attendance monitoring functionality, this data will be processed by the Student Community Experience Team. Your event attendees will also receive a standard survey, incentivised by a termly prize draw run by our team. All of this data will be pseudonymised and included in a central PowerBI dashboard.
Gather feedback with our form
Even if your event is not bookable on myAdvantage, or if registering attendanc is problematic (e.g.: large scale outdoor events), users can choose 'Other' on our feedback form and complete the survey as set out in the Framework.
