Your Events, Your Way
We commission and create new extra-curricular activity with and for students. Funding is available if you would like to contribute an event to our programme, provided it is delivered in one of our workstreams and meets our objectives and criteria. The deadline for new submissions is 1st September 2026.
Funding
Bids are open for all ideas, but are particularly Welcome for activity to contribute to one of the termly campaigns:
- One World Warwick - (November 2026)
- Lunar New Year - Around Friday 5 February 2027
- Destresstival - Term 3 2027 (Monday 26 April 2027 to Saturday 3 July 2027)
Student Takeovers
We run monthly, student-led sessions celebrating culture, identity and creativity.
If you have an idea for a small event and want some help to implement it, then this might just be the perfect opportunity for you.

Celebrations
Our Celebrations programme offers spectacular, large-scale events that highlight the rich tapestry of cultures at Warwick. Designed primarily for students — especially those from the cultures represented — these gatherings create space for authentic expression, shared joy, and community building.
Each event combines traditional elements with student-led creativity and contemporary celebrations. Whether it’s the vibrant colours of Holi, the storytelling of Day of the Dead, or embracing the joys of spring at May Day, these occasions invite all students to come together in celebration.
One World Warwick
Throughout the entirety of November we're celebrating One World Warwick with a full programme of events. Find the perfect event for you!
Christmas Fayre
We’re busy making plans to bring that festive sparkle to life, crack on with your Christmas shopping in the market, and marvel as we turn on the twinkly lights! (Details to follow!)
The Nook; A Space For You
Join us in The Nook, our cosy on-campus space, for relaxed, drop-in events with free snacks and drinks, welcoming hosts, and something easy to get involved in.
