Students who are also University staff are eligible. University staff or the general public who are not also students are not eligible.
There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary. Students can qualify by attending any six different eligible One World Warwick events, including six events that are free to attend. One paid ticketed event can count toward the six-event requirement, but purchasing tickets is not necessary to enter.
Each eligible student who meets the entry requirements receives the same chance of winning.
3. Promotion Period
The prize draw opens at 09:00 GMT on 28 October 2026. Entries must be received by 21:30 GMT on 3 December 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
4. How to enter

By entering, each student confirms that they have personally attended six different One World Warwick events. Each student may submit one completed card and receive no more than one entry.
Entries submitted by agents or third parties are not valid. Proof of posting is not proof that an entry was received.
5. Checking entries and selecting winners
The Promoter will check entries against MyAdvantage check-in data to confirm that the entrant attended six different eligible events and meets the eligibility requirements.
The Promoter will select five winners at random using a tombola after entries close at 21:30 GMT on 3 December 2026. The tombola will be conducted at random and fairly by the Student Community Experience Team.
Entries will be drawn in order and checked for eligibility. If an entry is invalid, or a selected entrant does not respond by the deadline in section 6, the next entry in the draw order will be considered. This process will continue until five winners have been confirmed.
6. Notifying winners and choosing a voucher
Winners will be contacted at their University email address no later than 11 December 2026.
Each winner must reply by 23:59 GMT on 14 December 2026 and state which voucher they have chosen. If a winner does not reply with their choice by this deadline, the next eligible entrant in the draw order will be selected as a replacement winner.
7. Prizes and delivery
There are five prizes. Each winner may choose one £50 voucher from the following options:
- Warwick Sports Hub
- Warwick Food Group
- Warwick Arts Centre
No cash alternative is available. Vouchers are subject to the relevant supplier’s terms and conditions.
Once a winner has confirmed their choice, the voucher will either be sent to their University email address or made available for collection, depending on the voucher selected. The Promoter will confirm the delivery or collection arrangements with each winner. Winners will receive or be able to collect their vouchers by 15 January 2027.
If an unforeseen circumstance makes a selected voucher unavailable, the Promoter may provide a reasonable equivalent prize of similar value. Prizes are non-transferable.
8. Winner information and publicity
The Promoter will not publish the winners’ names. After the draw, the Promoter will publish a statement on warwick.ac.uk/students/together/oww26 confirming that five winners were selected and the prizes were awarded.
Questions about the draw can be sent to together at warwick dot ac dot uk. The Promoter will provide winner and entry details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
9. Changes or cancellation
The Promoter may change the closing date or other conditions only in exceptional circumstances where this is necessary and permitted by applicable rules. The Promoter will explain any change and notify entrants as soon as reasonably possible. Changes will not be made retrospectively in a way that unfairly disadvantages entrants.
If the promotion must be cancelled, the Promoter will explain the reason and, where possible, contact entrants at their University email addresses.
10. Personal Data
The Promoter will process entrants’ student ID numbers and University email addresses to record entries, check eligibility and attendance, conduct the draw, and contact winners.
Attendance information will be checked using MyAdvantage check-in data. The Student Community Experience Team and the relevant internal supplier—Warwick Sports Hub, Warwick Food Group or Warwick Arts Centre—will have access to the winner’s name, University email address and student ID number as needed to administer the draw and provide the selected voucher. This information will not be shared with organisations external to the University of Warwick.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is that it is necessary to perform the contract between the entrant and the University.
