Together at Warwick Programme

Community Meet-Ups

Small, welcoming moments that bring people together—whether it’s a weekly Coffee & Catch-Up or a creative Walk and Draw session, these events help build a sense of community all year round.

What to expect

Come solo or bring a friend—everyone is welcome!
A friendly space to unwind, chat, and take a mindful break.
Frequent and regular so you can make them part of your routine.
A chance to meet new people in a warm and welcoming setting.

Tea and Talk

Take a break, treat yourself, and connect with others at Sweet Moments, a pop-up tea and cake café designed for relaxation and wellbeing.

Inspired by the Five Ways to Wellbeing, this event encourages you to connect, take notice, and give yourself permission to enjoy the moment.

Walk and Draw

Take a break from the stress of exams and join us for gentle walk though campus with the opportunity to sketch on the way. This is a relaxed and beginner-friendly session combining movement, mindfulness, and creativity.

Come as you are, whether you're looking to de-stress, get creative, or simply enjoy some fresh air. No artistic skills required – just a willingness to explore!

Celebrations

Big moments, bigger connections. We mark key cultural and community celebrations—like Pride, Lunar New Year, and Diwali—bringing students together to share, learn, and celebrate Warwick’s diverse community.

Pride

The summer just wouldn't be the same without the glory of our Pride festival! We can't wait for this to return to our campus this summer with a variety of talks, activities and screenings. There's something for everyone. Full details coming soon.

What better way to relax than to enjoy a celebratory picnic together and mark the beginning of our journey - Together!

Sensory Workshop with Artist Natalie Zervou-Kerruish

Step away from the stress of exams and into a space of calm, creativity, and sensory exploration. Join artist Natalie Zervou-Kerruish for a relaxed, hands-on Sensory Making Workshop, where you can unwind through textures, colours, and playful materials.

Drop in, explore, and give yourself permission to pause.

Outdoor Cinema Screenings

Grab a blanket, bring some friends, and settle in for a magical night of movies under the stars! This term, we're hosting a series of outdoor film screenings in Weeks 4, 8, and 10 —and you get to choose the line-up!
