Welcome to your Take-Over!

Thanks for stepping forward to lead a session as part of Student Take Overs. Whether you're hosting a celebration, skill share, or story circle, we’re here to support you.

Step 1: Plan your Session

Consider…

- - What are you sharing? (Culture, story, skill, idea?)
  - What kind of format suits it? (Discussion, creative, demo?)
  - Chill drop-in or more structured? You choose.

Step 2: We can help you with..

Together at Warwick can support you with:

- - Promotion
  - Providing the space
  - Providing basic materials
  - Helping shape your activity
  - Being there on the day (if you’d like a co-host!)

Step 3: Need inspiration?

Not sure what to run? Here are a few ideas:

Culture Jam: music, art, recipes, or festivals from your heritage or interests
Awareness Café: identity, mental health, neurodivergence, lived experience
Skill Share: origami, salsa steps, cooking basics, study hacks
Story Circle: activism journeys, travel tales, or moments that shaped you
Everyday Observances: share a smaller cultural tradition, memory, or celebration — from Newroz to Mid-Autumn, to personal or family customs.
