Welcome to Culture Exchange!


The Culture Exchange is a monthly chance to discover new cultures and meet students from around the world – without leaving campus. You can share your own culture, learn from others, and join activities that help you connect and make friends.

How it works:

  • Sign up by filling in the short form below (it only takes 2 minutes).

    • We’ll use your answers to:

      • Place you in a small group where you can feel comfortable.

      • Share information about upcoming activities and events.

      • Connect you with other students through your Warwick email.

    Your information will only be used for Culture Exchange and related university activities, in line with the University’s data protection policy.

    This form will be used to manage our Welcome Helper rota. Your submission will be recorded and associated with your name, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than to create our Welcome Helper rota, we may email you to discuss your request and to gather feedback after Welcome Week.
