Arrivals Team- Rota Availability

Thank you for agreeing to be part of the Arrivals Team, and for the part you will play in welcoming new students to campus over the arrivals period. We will shortly be allocating shifts. To limit the number of changes to the rota when it is produced, please confirm your availability using this form by Midnight on Sunday 10th September 2023. We will be allocating shifts later the following week and these will be communicated to you by Thursday 14th September at the latest.

Student driver roles

We are looking for a small number of individuals to drive vehicles to help transport any students who have arrived by public transport reach their accommodation. If you would be interested in this role, please indicate below. Please note that a full, clean driving licence valid in the UK is required. Please note - this will not be using your own vehicle - we will be hiring in vehicles for this purpose.

Finally, please let us know about anything else we should take into account when allocating shifts - we have a number of roles available, so we just want to make sure we allocate something suitable! The kind of things we'd like to know:
- If you are likely to have any issues with manual handling
- If you have previous experience of the airport transfer service we run over arrivals weekend
- If you have previous experience of our key-issuing location or particularly want to work in this area
- If you are particularly athletic and want to volunteer for some of the more challenging areas!
