As an Employer Engagement Officer within the Work-Based and Professional Learning team, I focus on developing and sustaining strong partnerships with employers to drive the success and growth of our apprenticeship programmes.
My role focuses on supporting employers throughout the entire apprenticeship journey from initial engagement to ongoing guidance and long-term partnership ensuring their needs are met while maintaining programme quality. I collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to align academic standards with industry expectations
