Rewriting chapters for the upgrade, preparing another online survey to recruit more students from September 2015 cycle, preparing to interview my participants for the 3rd and final time in October 2015, coding 2nd interview data.
June 2014
Thu 26th - Attended the Upgrade Panel for the PhD. Upgrade was postponed with a provisional second panel submission scheduled for December 2014.
Tue 24th - Wed 25th - Attended the University of Warwick, Centre for Applied Linguistics 17th annual Postgraduate conference and gave a 15-minute paper presentation on my research so far (p.31 of online conference abstract booklet)
May-June 2014
Thu 29th - Sun 1st June - Attended and helped to organise the 2014 EALTA conference hosted by the University of Warwick.
Displayed my research in a poster presentation.

The pilot for the 1st Student Questionnaire has been sent out to participants. More participants are still needed. I am writing my Literature Review and Methodology draft chapters for the first panel on September 10th.

I am currently writing drafts of my literature review and methodology and finalising my pilot questionnaires for hosting on Sitebuilder. Sitebuilder will be a good tool to host the questionaires. I have also looked at SurveyMonkey.com and LimeSurvey.org and may use those to host the final questionnaires.
