The rates will increase as follows:

Students and their dependents and youth mobility workers:

From £470.00 to £776.00 per year

All other visa applications

From £624.00 to £1035.00 per year

Confirmation of the above details are in the Immigration (Health Surcharge) (Amendment) Order 2023. The Order needs to be approved by both Houses of Parliament.

The Amended Order adds that certain National Health Services (NHS) workers and their dependents will continue to be exempt from the IHS.
