You can find the terms and conditions regarding visa on our website. If you have any concerns about your visa application, you can contact our admissions team on wssadmissions@warwick.ac.uk.
If you are arriving later than the registration times, please let us know on your travel forms. We will then be able to arrange a meet and greet for you with your ambassador for when you arrive.
You will receive your student ID card once you have arrived on campus and registered.
Yes, however you might want to bring a separate towel for the pool at the Sports and Wellbeing Hub should you wish to use it. Hairdryers or any other electrical equipment will need to be brought separately.
The original deadline was the 7th of June. If you have yet to pay this, please do this as soon as possible. You can access the payment portal here.
Any problems regarding payments please contact the admissions team.
You will receive all the details regarding airport transfers at least a week before your arrival. This will include the pickup location, departure time and the name of the ambassadors meeting you along with their numbers and photos of them, so they are easily identifiable. They will also be wearing ambassador t-shirts and holding up signs.
No, our campus is cashless. Most places in the UK will accept cashless payments, however you might want to bring some cash with you for any external trips outside the university. There are ATMS available on campus.
Yes, these are bank card activated. The laundry facilities also have their own detergent and fabric softener added into the machines. We do recommend not to use them if you have any allergies. Your ambassadors will be able to show you where they are and how to use them.
During free time, there will be opportunities to play sport and use our courts. You will need to sign up for this with your ambassadors.
You will need to make sure you have your application evidence and visa to bring to airport security. If you need any help with what to bring to the airport, please contact our admissions team.
No, these will need to be arranged separately. All of our activities, however, have been risk assessed.
Yes, students will be sent daily emails about what is going on as well as in the evening so they can prepare for the next day. Students will also receive a timetable in advance of the whole programme.
Yes, everyone is required to fill out the travel form so we have all the information of how you will be arriving. This is to ensure your safety and so we know where to meet you.
There are several taxi companies available. Often there are taxis waiting outside Heathrow or services like Uber are available in the UK. Any other details regarding travel to campus can be found on our website.
No, but it is highly recommended that you bring some form of device whether that is a laptop, tablet, iPad or phone to access the online resources and have internet access.
