Sustainability Hub User Guidelines
Welcome to the Sustainability Hub. To help everyone enjoy the space, please take a few minutes to review these terms of use. They outline expectations for day-to-day use of the hub, as well as the requirements for booking the space for meetings, events and exclusive hire. By following these guidelines, you can help us keep the hub welcoming, accessible and sustainable for all users.
General Use
- This space is not permanently staffed. Please report any issues you encounter to: hub.sustainability@warwick.ac.uk
- You are welcome to use the hot water dispensers, however, please bring your own tea, coffee etc
- All hub users must leave the hub as it was found, in a clean and tidy condition
- If you use any crockery etc, please wash, dry & return it to the cupboard
- If you are the last to leave, please turn off the air-conditioning
Exclusive use
- Use of the hub for private meetings will be limited, please submit a request here Link opens in a new windowif you would like to use the space. All requests will be reviewed. We cannot guarantee that your request will be approved.
- The Sustainability Hub is open 8am – 6pm. Please request card access if your event is outside of opening hours, contact: CardOffice@warwick.ac.uk
- Please arrange your own catering, and remove all catering waste after the event
- You will be required to set up the space for your event, please visit the hub to see our standard set up. We have additional tables and chairs that you are welcome to use. The space can accommodate max. 60 seated/standing.
- The Energy & Sustainability Team can assist you with setting up furniture for your event, however we ask all event organisers to arrive at least 30 mins before the scheduled event start time.
- Air-conditioning needs to be turned off before departure, lights will automatically turn off
- You are responsible for leaving the space clean and tidy after the event, in the same condition as you found it. Failure to do so may result in you not being able to use the space again.
