Sports and Wellness Hub

Between 800-900 panels, old and new, cover much of the available flat roof space on the Sports and Wellness Hub. Together, they can produce 330 kW of power at peak output, or in more sporting terms, about as much power as 1,200 people could generate simultaneously in a spin class!

These take up an area almost the size of 17 tennis courts on our roof, but since you can't play tennis on the roof, 3,300 m² of solar panels will have to suffice.

In a year, they are estimated to produce 280,000 kWh of energy, which is enough to power 107 households for a year. In calories, this would be the equivalent energy burned by over 92,000 people running a marathon!
