Important information
From the 1st October 2024, a 20p transaction fee will be applied to all payments made through the APCOA Connect app, website, ScanPay, phone or SMS. To avoid this additional fee, we recommend pre-booking your parking or using a cashless payment machine.
Prices from the 1st October 2023
(excludes Sports & Wellness Hub, Scarman, Radcliffe & the Slate)- Up to 2 hours - £3.00*
- Up to 3 hours - £4.00*
- Up to 4 hours - £5.00*
- Full day (until 8am the next day) - £8.00*
Weekend and evening parking charges
- Evenings - £2.00* from 5pm - 8am (if you have brought an all-day ticket this includes the evening and you do not need to buy another ticket).
- Weekends - £2.00* until 8am the following day (a ticket on Saturday would be valid until 8am on Sunday; a ticket on Sunday would be valid until 8am on Monday).

The purchase of a parking ticket does not guarantee a parking space.

If you do need to bring your car to campus, parking is available in our general car parks as detailed above.
In exceptional circumstances, where it is essential for you to drive and you need the relevant criteria with appropriate evidence, you may be considered for support with student parking. If you receive assistance, it must be reapplied each academic year:

How does it work?
Everything you need to use this service can be easily organised through the APCOA Connect app (Google PlayLink opens in a new window/Apple IOSLink opens in a new window) or through their website. We also have a variety of other options on how else you may pay detailed further below which including paying by machine, phone and text message.
You will see signs in the car park telling you how to pay using our location code 2503 (excludes Sports & Wellness Hub car park).
To save needing to pay for parking on the day of the visit, visitors and other general users can pre-book parking in advance. Simply select which parking option you need from the weekday, weekend or evening options.
Then select the date you will park and for how long you will need the parking for. After you’ve filled in your details and your registration number, the charge will then be calculated and you can pay online in advance of your visit to us. For further information please visit the link below:
