If you experience any difficulties with using the APCOA Connect parking service, you can reach APCOA hereLink opens in a new window between 9am - 8pm, Monday - Friday.

For those affected by incorrect staff parking fees on or around 6th of May 2026, please be assured that our team is working on resolving it and all overcharged parking will be refunded.
