Culture and Sport

Our region is home to a vibrant culture, from the heritage of Coventry to the diversity of Birmingham. We encourage our communities to support and engage in cultural activities, both on and off campus helping to make our region a healthy and vibrant place.


We’re playing our part in tackling the climate emergency in our region. Building on our existing research and education programmes and our connections to industry and society.

Art without Borders - 3 May - 23 June - free to visit

The Summer Exhibition at Warwick Arts Centre will delve into the experiences of migrants and refugees escaping oppressive regimes, conflict, and environmental collapse.

Flame of Friendship (Coventry schools torch relay - 22 Feb - 8 July)

In the run up to the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic games, 62 Coventry primary, secondary and special educational needs schools will be participating in a torch relay finishing on the University of Warwick campus on Monday 8 July.

Baby Book Club at Warwick Arts Centre in collaboration with Coventry Libraries Services

Join us on the first Tuesday of each month from 12.00-12.30 for a short story session after our Mini Creatives session. Everyone can borrow books for a month of reading.

Workshop Wednesdays

Every Wednesday until 13 March. Free - just drop by - lots of difference creative sessions to experience.

Family Sundays at Warwick Arts Centre

Family Sunday starts from 14 Jan, and Family Singing starts on 28 Jan.

Mini Creatives is back at Warwick Arts Centre, and it's bigger than ever!  

Every Tuesday, 10.30am - 12.30pm Recommended Age: 0 - 4 years and their grown-ups It's FREE, just drop by!

We have a diverse range of activities from Family Sundays to the Out of Whack dance group for visitors aged 50+.
