Publicity Assistant

Thank you for your interest in applying for the role of volunteer Publicity Assistant for the 2025-26 academic year.

Warwick Volunteers is seeking a student volunteer with filming and / or photography skills (ideally experience with a DSLR camera, but basic training can be given), editing, basic manipulation for publication.

Publicity Assistant roles are a great way to gain experience in the publicity world and develop skills for your future career. We welcome applications from both experienced candidates and those taking their first steps into publicity. Previous volunteering experience is not necessary, just determination and a commitment to WV's goals.

An ideal candidate

An ideal candidate would also have some or all of the following skills / interests:

• Social media: Canva, content creation /design, account management, campaigning and scheduling.
• Videography:Filming, editing, creating short (~30second) and long form (3 minutes) content.
• Copywriting/ news articles / written content
