How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

Westwood Games Hall

The Warwick Esports Society will be continuing its healthy tradition and well-being initiative of 'Sports Sunday'! Exactly what it says on the tin and open to all that can attend, the society will be taking over Westwood Games Hall for dodge-ball and more (TBC)!

The Esports Centre will be open for regular pay-to-play usage for anybody that would like to continue playing during this time. For welcome week, we are opening from 10am till midnight on Sunday to make sure everyone gets to experience the Centre!

HADO AR Sport Tournament
Esports Centre (Jx0.10)

The Esports Centre will be hosting the international revolution that is 'HADO', best understood as alternate reality (AR) dodgeball.

Set yourself up with your VR headsets and HADOUKEN energy balls at your friends and enemies and become the victorious team!

HADO will be part of the Welcome Week games hall event that will surround the Esports Centre but will continue till Sunday 2nd September where is will climax with a tournament! Use the week to prepare, find your team of three, and train for this tournament because the winner will be able to represent Warwick in tournament live on the BBC at Children in Need in November!

The Esports Centre will be open during this session for regular pay-to-play usage for anybody that would like to continue playing during this time. For welcome week, we are opening from 10am till midnight on Sunday to make sure everyone gets to experience the Centre!

FIFA & Other Sport Games
Esports Centre (Jx0.10)

Organised by Warwick Esports, the UK's four-time Esports University of the Year, we're running a series of game-specific welcome events though-out Welcome Week 2022.

During this session, you will be able to play FIFA and other sport games such as NBA 2K, Switch Sports, or other titles from this genre for free! Depending on attendance, there will be in-house custom games, fun mini-games, or even a tournament! Feel free to stay the whole time, or drop-in to find your tribe and learn about what the Esports Centre and the Esports Society are doing this year and how you can get involved.

The entire Esports Centre will be dedicated to this event for the stated time and our usual pay-to-play activity will continue at 10pm after this game-specific taster session, the last event of our busy welcome week!
