Our prices have been recently updated to ensure they are the best in the country! We offer a standard price per person per hour as well as exciting bundles; keep your eye out for our seasonal offers!
Our payment systems vary slightly for use on the solo consoles, the big screen console, and the computers. Please read our top-up and purchase guidance on this page for clarity.

TOP-UP AND PURCHASE GUIDANCE:
- If you are a first time user, please create your account first at any of the computers and enter your created username in the purchase form below so that we can quickly assign your credit to you.
- Usernames/accounts are not needed for purchasing console sessions
- Buy your top-up amount or console session and inform the member of staff at the Esports Centre. If paying for console time, you will now get a controller and can get started! Your time starts from when you load up the game. See below for our download compensation
- For PC users, sit at your computer and your account will now show the money you have topped up, for you to spend on the offer of your choosing.
- Time will remain on your account until it is used up, so you don't have to use it all in one sitting!
- If there are any delays that use up your time outside of playing or browsing, such as a large game download of over 5 minutes, or a problem with our peripherals then let us know and we will assist you with the issue and add any manually re-add any lost time to your account

All time purchased for the console must be used during your session, aka 'use-or-lose'.
All console time must be purchased upon arrival to the Centre. Console time purchased before arrival to the Centre will not be refunded nor accepted as payment.

All computer offers must be purchased by the user at their computer after topping up.

All purchases on computer accounts stay on your account until they are used up.

All time purchased for the racing rig must be used during your session, aka 'use-or-lose'.
All console time must be purchased upon arrival to the Centre. Console time purchased before arrival to the Centre will not be refunded nor accepted as payment.
*Multiple sessions can be bought for one person ONLY on the occasion that there is nobody currently waiting in the Esports Centre or booked to use the racing rig.
Please note console time is not usable after you end your session. You must use the time you purchase in one sitting. A strict maximum of 5 minutes leeway is given to finish console games. A 30-minute purchase option has been added in response to customer feedback to ensure this rule suits our console users. If you have any questions, please ask our staff.
We have a zero-tolerance rule for abusive behaviour towards our staff, you can and will be asked to leave and any remaining time will not be honoured.
