OUR FIRST LAN EVENT

one of a kind 24 hour gaming experience

Take part in Warwick Esports Society's triannual LAN party on our cutting edge computers from 2pm Friday 10th March!

Book one of our computers for a full 24 hours for just £40, the equivalent of £1.67 per hour. At the cheapest rate we've ever offered, you can take part in the LAN event without dragging your precious computers in from home.

We recommend people take part for a maximum of 16 hours during the LAN event period, giving a value of £2.50 per hour for this time, still cheaper than anything the Esports Centre usually offers!

Deadline to purchase your spot is midnight Wednesday 8th March 2023, or if all PCs are booked up sooner. There are only 21 computers available for booking so get in quick!

Esports Centre terms & conditions

TOP-UP AND PURCHASE GUIDANCE:

For the LAN booking, this will not be associated with your usual esports centre account. Please still outline your username as that will be used to reserve your computer. If you are a first time user, select a username that you would like to be reserved under.
After booking, you will be assigned a computer (e.g PC07) that will be yours only for the duration of the event, these will be distributed after the booking deadline. If you want to sit next to anyone, note than in your booking below.
On the day, you will arrive and your computer will be clearly reserved. Your username will be left on the computer ahead of your arrival. It will be logged into 'guest mode' allowing you unlimited use until the end of the event. At the end of the event, you will be promptly logged out. The hours will not be associated with your usual esports centre account.
Time will remain on your account until it is used up, so you don't have to use it all in one sitting!
Staff will be on hand as usual to assist along with Warwick Esports LAN volunteers. The proceedings of the event will be coordinated by the society NOT by the Esports Centre.

Please note your LAN time is not usable after the end of the event, this is a unique offer in collaboration with Warwick Esports society. If you have any questions, please ask our staff.

We have a zero-tolerance rule for abusive behaviour towards our staff, you can and will be asked to leave and any remaining time will not be honoured.
