SMALL GROUP BOOKING
The Esports Centre, here at the University of Warwick, is open to the public at all times and is now piloting a booking feature! You can reserve a group of computers, by paying deposit then paying our standard hourly rate on arrival.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES AND OTHER GROUP BOOKINGS
We are continuing to book birthday parties, corporate team-building sessions, and team bootcamps at the Esports Centre. Our rates for this can be found below and for more information and to make your booking, please do contact us

CONDITIONS:
- All bookings must be made at least one week before the desired time slot.
- Please make sure you contact us with your desired time and number of people, prior to paying the reservation fee, so we can confirm availability.
THE BOOKING PROCESS:
- Enquire with us through our contact page, or through direct messaging our instagram or twitter pages. We endeavour to get back to you within two working hours.
- Once you have confirmed availability of your desired time slot or agreed a time, we shall send you a link where you can pay the up-front booking fee.
- Once your payment has been received, you will get a confirmation email and you will be booked in.
- On the day of your booking, we require that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your booked slot, in order to purchase time and to get the equipment needed for your gaming session.
- If you are not present at the esports centre by the time of your booking, your slot will be given to any waiting customers.

*Birthday parties, bootcamps, team-building, and other large group bookings must be organised directly through our contact form with at-least two weeks notice and fully paid in-advance.
