Experience the thrill of competing in a tournament as part of a team and learn strategic, teamwork, and communication skills with support from expert esports professionals.

As part of Warwickshire Country Council's Brighter Futures initiative, the University of Warwick will be hosting a programme focussed on how esports and video games can be used to teach essential skills for jobs in a variety of sectors. Our young people will experience esports and see the opportunities that it can hold.

As part of Esports Futures programme, young people will be taught by industry experts on how to record, stream, and market your experience through content creation and much more!

This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Community Renewal Fund.

The UK Community Renewal Fund is a UK Government programme for 2021/22. This aims to support people and communities most in need across the UK to pilot programmes and new approaches to prepare for the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. All young people that take part in the project must commit to a two-day experience, an online follow-up session, and a showcase celebration day. Please select the dates that work best for your group.
