Guidance on end-of-year report
An end-of-year report for each M4C student must be submitted in June, with sections completed by the student and the supervisory team.
This form will be reviewed by your local Site Directors by 30 June 2025.
Information provided in the end-of-year report will be used by Midlands4Cities to compile its own annual report to the AHRC so it is important that student, supervisor and postgraduate research director comments are as full as they can be.

Review process and key deadlines

Supervisor completes section 2 of End of Year Report |
| 2- 16 Jun | If a re-review is required, the student must instigate the resubmission of the online M4C student and supervisor MYR forms; assessors should complete a second process, including the form. (Second Assessor Review Form is available here) |
| 30 Jun | Site Directors review and sign of End of Year Report |
| 31 Jul | Site Directors submit collated End of Year Report for their university |
