Mid Year Review - Assessor Nomination (to be completed by the DGS or Supervisor, depending on department/school policy)

Please use this form to confirm who the nominated assessor is for your PGR's upcoming Mid Year Review.

  • All full-time students in Year 1 and part-time students in year 2 have an assessment review interview with two assessors from outside of the supervisory team.

  • All full time students in Year 2 and 3 and part-time students in year 4 and 6 have an assessment review interview with one assessor outside of the supervisory team (although two assessors are recommended if the student has been asked to provide a further writing sample or practice-led equivalent by their supervisors).

Please ensure this form is completed by 17th February 2025.
