You can register to attend the whole event, or just one of the days - please indicate which on the registration form.

Lunches and all refreshments, plus the conference dinner on Tuesday 18th, are provided free of charge.

Overnight accommodation will be provided free of charge for Speakers, Panel Chairs and Panellists - please just indicate which nights you require on the registration form.

Overnight accommodation for other participants can be booked for you at the conference venue at conference rates (£95+VAT B&B per night) - please indicate which nights you require on the registration form and please note that this commits you to paying for the rooms. More modestly priced options which you can book yourself may be available locally via one of the hotel booking sites, AirBnB or http://www.visitcoventryandwarwickshire.co.uk/accommodation

For those staying on Monday and/or Wednesday nights, the conference centre restaurant charges around £30 per head for dinner (needs to be booked in advance) which is significantly reduced if combined with an overnight stay. There are also more modestly priced eating options available nearby, including bar meals at the conference centre and on-campus restaurants and pubs.
