“Chinese Bridge”-Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students
If you are interested, you can register yourself by 19 March, although you did not have the first round of competition.
In the framework of the European Union/China Year of Youth 2011, the European Commission is organizing jointly with the Chinese authorities the "2011 EU/China Multilingualism Conference" on Thursday 19th May 2011 from 9h00 to 17h00 in Brussels (Belgium). They are inviting 50 higher education students from Europe and 50 from China to participate in the event. All expenses will be paid.
Birmingham Chinese New Year Festival 2011
It will be held on Sunday 6 February at the Arcadian Centre, central Birmingham and is FREE for all. You can see the full programme here. There will be a huge range of performances such as traditional cultural dancing and kung fu. There will also be a Firework Finale with the all important Fire Crackers.
