Language Centre Term Two Modules

The Language Centre has some part-year modules available for term 2. These are for one term only and can therefore be taken for 15 CATS.

Some of the modules are for absolute beginners only (students should have no prior knowledge of the language they wish to study); students’ ability levels will be checked by tutors prior to completing enrolment.

LL1A2 Introduction to Chinese Language - for absolute beginners only

LL1A3 Introduction to French Language - for absolute beginners only

LL1A9 Introduction to Spanish Language - for absolute beginners only

LL300 Chinese 6 for Global Engagement

LL352 French 6 through Films

LL308 French 7 for Enterprise

LL3D5 German 6 through Translation

LL361 Spanish 6 through Translation

LL3D2 Spanish 7 for Global Engagement

If you are interested in one of these modules and have approval from your home department, please contact us at smlcoffice@warwick.ac.uk. We will then put you in touch with a tutor in the relevant language to ensure that the module is appropriate.

Please note that all of these modules are being offered in term 2 but we will need sufficient numbers to run them. If you are interested, you should contact us as early as possible so we have an accurate idea of student numbers.
