The production was 'part of University Open Air Theatre Festival 18 July-10 August 1960'. It 'took place in the specially constructed Open Air Theatre, Avonbank Gardens, Stratford-upon-Avon under the auspices of the Shakespeare Memorial Theatre. It was 'performed by Cambridge University Marlowe Society. All members of the cast remained anonymous.'
